Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation of orders placed

Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Returns:
ZCENTZ returns on conditions that the product is returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing and should not have any physical damages. The cost of return shipment should be borne by the customer. Refund of the payment will be processed upon receipt of the returned product to the original mode of payment.

Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email ([email protected]) . Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honored and a proof of damaged shipment (photo / video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.

It is very important to note that no returns apply to Aroma oils, except in the case of damaged shipment.
